How long is the processing and delivery time ?
We will process your order in 3 working days and an additional 3-5 working days for delivery. The duration may vary with location or any unexpected circumstances.
Where do we deliver? How much is the delivery cost?
We deliver to East and West Malaysia. The shipping fee will be charged based on weight. The weight will be determined by actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever higher.

Can I ask for a return or refund after purchase?
As some items are used, please take note on the item’s condition as described or contact us to enquire on the condition before purchase. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect or faulty item such as item is not functioning, broken, torn etc. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving the parcel. Any requests after that will not be entertained.
